Refund Policy

Our major goal is customer satisfaction!

SabziBoxes would be glad to refund your purchase of dry grocery items/nonperishable/ packed food items if you present a copy of your original bill receipt, e-receipt, or confirmation email, on the condition that you return the product unopened and in its original packaging. We offer a 7-day return policy for dry grocery products.

Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

Furthermore, we cannot refund:

  • Fresh produce products because we would not know how they have been managed after they have been brought out of our store. 
  • Any refrigerated fresh food products, such as frozen goods, dairy, and meats, due to health and safety regulations
  • For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Sabziboxes Supplies shipped the incorrect item.

Please be informed that without a proof of purchase, SabziBoxes maintains the right to refuse a refund.

Canceling an Order:

Contact us at info@sabziboxes.us  or call +1 (908) 368-7541. If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email or message on phone. Unfortunately, SabziBoxes will not be able to cancel an order if it has already shipped out of our warehouse facility. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our facility within 24 hours of the order placement (conditions apply).
